Any successful partnership implies input and co-operation from all parties involved. Be prepared to work with your coach to design a bespoke partnership that is right for you.. Think carefully about how you will go about building up that relationship, and which aspects will be important to you in that special partnership. Do not be embarrassed to discuss your goals for coaching in detail and to express yourself openly; voice your opinions, even when you feel that things are not going well or as well as you would have hoped. Coaching is absolutely confidential from the coach's perspective, no-one except your Coach need know that a part of your sucess was a partnership with a Coach.
