Her coaching approach has been described as solution-focused, goal-oriented, honest and compassionate. She strongly believes that through coaching, individuals are able to attain a new level of consciousness. They become inspired and motivated to make the behavioural changes that transform them and the people around them. The results achieved are increased personal satisfaction and improved overall performance at work and in the personal sphere. Lydia's involvement in her clients' results is always kept strictly confidential.

For Lydia, life coaching means guiding people to enable them to reach their goals and to be what they long to be by employing various techniques. Her prerogative is to accompany her clients every step of the way throughout the duration of their journey.

Lydia champions positive change in others and has a real desire to make a difference through her work.
